Humanity struggles when we fall out of sync with Nature, food, and each other. With Biodynamic Farming we attempt to bring harmony between these complex systems.
This 500 sq foot garden supplies fresh produce for permanent residents of High Hope and allows us to experiment with our unique microclimate.
Join us for one of our backyard gardening classes.
The Resilience Garden is our latest endeavor (2020) to convert raw land into a productive source for nourishing foods and medicines.

What is Biodynamics?
Biodynamics goes beyond Organic gardening techniques by emphasizing natural rhythms (seasonal, lunar, planetary) and increased biodiversity.
The interaction between land and animals is essential to the health of the planet. Livestock can be particularly helpful for prairie land restoration and brush management. Their nutrient rich manure also serves as a powerful tool in our biodynamic ecosystem.
They are also cute to look at. 🙂
We currently keep goats and cattle.
Rhinos & Giraffes
Our next door neighbors at Fossil Rim provide us with a unique opportunity to experiment with rare and exotic manure! 💩 This includes both Rhino and Giraffe manure combined with the food scraps from local middle schools.
To date we have incorporated 15 tons of this nutrient rich amendment into the soil of the Resilience Garden.
