We welcome you with an opportunity to “go out” to wander with wonder in nature.
July 17th – 19th
Bring your longing for space and freedom to roam in our 900 acres of North Texas hill country.
“A journey becomes a pilgrimage as we discover, day by day, that the distance traveled is less important than the experience gained.” -Ernest Kurtz
What to expect:
A pilgrim is a person who journeys to a sacred place with purpose.
This virtual voyage will be a 3-part program over 3 days.
You can look forward to 5 hours of time online with us at High Hope plus optional “walking” and reflecting time on your own.
Friday evening we gather on Zoom with our prepared intentions to meet and greet the circle of pilgrims, setting off on our individual and collective journey.
Saturday morning we offer you a 90-minute virtual walk through High Hope’s miles of trails, contemplative areas, amazing vistas, and landscape treasures.
Saturday afternoon (optional) we invite you to find a way to continue your “walk” in whatever way is possible.
Sunday mid-day we meet again on Zoom to harvest the gifts of our experiences.
We are asking each person to offer what is possible for the experience received, suggested donation of $25 or more. All donations will be dedicated to High Hope’s conservancy in perpetuity. We do mean donation, everyone is welcome with or without the ability to donate!
