About the event
Join us Saturday September 28th at 8:30 am for a 30 minute yoga session followed by a guided group hike! If you've always wanted to hike but were a little too intimidated by the trails, this is an excellent opportunity to learn and make friends while you hike! We meet at the Farm Store at 8:30 am and will do a 30 minute yoga flow, then we will take off from there promptly at 9:15 for the hike, bring water, hiking shoes, and hiking poles if you prefer. $30/per person for yoga + guided hike, $10/per person for hike only!
